In Siberia, the export of oilseeds and products of their processing more than doubled

In the 1st half of 2023, compared to the same period last year, the weight of oilseeds exported in the region of the Siberian Customs Administration doubled.

75% of the physical volume of supplies of oilseeds fell on flax seeds, 23% - rape seeds, 2% - sunflower seeds.

Export of such goods was carried out in 11 countries of near and far abroad. China remains the main consumer of Siberian oilseeds.

The export of vegetable oils also increased by 2.7 times. The largest volumes of deliveries fell on rapeseed oil (88% of deliveries), 10.5% were supplies of sunflower oil, 1.6% - soybean oil.

Export of products was carried out in 11 countries of near and far abroad. China is also the main importer of Siberian vegetable oil, the top three buyers are Uzbekistan and Mongolia.
