The Acting Governor of the Smolensk Region Vasily Anokhin on his page on social networks said that the construction of a new workshop for processing oilseeds has begun in Roslavl.

The head of the region discussed with the management of the company "Agritec" the stages of implementation of the investment project. So, it became known that the commissioning of the equipment is scheduled for autumn 2024. Already, the main consumer of the plant's products - China - has submitted applications for the purchase of the entire volume of products planned for production.

“We agreed on the joint implementation of this and other projects with the Melkom group of companies this summer at the site of the St. Petersburg Economic Forum. Already, the work is in full swing, - said Vasily Anokhin. - I am glad that the management plans to expand and open new production facilities in the Smolensk region. We will provide all possible assistance."
