Oilseeds rise in price in Kazakhstan

According to APK-Inform IA monitoring data, prices for flax and sunflower seeds are rising in Kazakhstan this week.

This situation is due to a reduction in the number of oilseeds offered by agricultural producers against the backdrop of depleted stocks.

Thus, as of August 4, demand prices for flax are announced in the range of 160-175 thousand tenge / t EXW, depending on the quality characteristics of raw materials, for sunflower seeds - in the range of 150-170 thousand tenge / t EXW, which is higher than the prices of the last weeks on average by 5000 tenge/t.
