It is likely that Russia will agree to extend the agreement on grain supplies after its expiration on November 19.

This is reported by Bloomberg, citing several sources familiar with the situation. However, it is unclear at the moment whether Russia will set new conditions in exchange for the extension or maintain the content of the agreement.

A representative of the Joint Coordination Center (JCC) in Istanbul stated that at the moment, nothing can be confirmed or announced on this matter. Kremlin press secretary Dmitry Peskov added that Russia will announce its decision "in due course."

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, speaking in Bali, stated that the UN had promised to fulfill the conditions proposed by Russia. Among these conditions were: Ukraine's ban on using the export corridor for military purposes, ensuring the possibility of supplying Russian grain and fertilizers, guaranteeing the normal functioning of Rosselkhozbank, and "normal" insurance rates.

Lavrov noted that the UN referred to written guarantees provided by the US and the European Union that they would inform trading companies that they would not face risks associated with sanctions.

Since the agreement came into force, Ukraine has shipped over 10 million tons of agricultural products via the Black Sea. The grain was delivered to various regions in Asia, Europe, and Africa, including shipments organized by the World Food Programme, a UN agency that assists in providing food security.
