Increasing demand for class 2 wheat in Ukraine causes competition between producers

This week, most Ukrainian flour producers are actively increasing demand for class 2 wheat. This is due to the insufficient supply of food wheat, as farmers are holding back sales, and demand from processing and export-oriented companies is growing, causing competition between them.

At the moment, prices for class 2 wheat most often range from 680 to 770 UAH/t CPT, which is 300-500 UAH/t higher than at the end of last week. It should be noted that even at the maximum prices there are practically no offers.
