Grain processing at the Novorossiysk bread production plant increased by 38% for the current season.

In January 2024, the Public Joint-Stock Company "Novorossiysk Flour Mill" (PJSC "NKHPl", part of the United Grain Company group) processed 603.8 thousand tons of grain. This result is 18.6% lower than in January 2023 (742.2 thousand tons). For the agricultural season 2023/2024, the total volume of grain processing is 4.67 million tons. This is 38% more than in the same period of the previous season when 3.37 million tons were processed from July 2022 to January 2023. Throughout the 2022/2023 season, PJSC "NKHPl" processed 6.46 million tons of grain, which is almost a historical maximum. A large volume of processing was recorded only in the 2020/2021 season - 6.49 million tons. The Novorossiysk Flour Mill is located on the Black Sea coast. The total grain capacity is 250 thousand tons, the throughput capacity of the transshipment complex is 2 thousand tons per hour, and the port transshipment capacity is 7.1 million tons per year. The territory of PJSC "NKHPl" accommodates three elevators and a complex of port facilities. The depth at the berth wall allows processing vessels with a capacity of up to 70 thousand tons.
