Until September 10, grain, milled products and oilseeds in containers cannot be exported from Kazakhstan to China

KTZ banned from 1 to 10 September this year. acceptance for transportation of goods in containers (cereals, milled products, bran, oilseeds and cakes) from all stations of Kazakhstan in the direction of China through the Dostyk station (exp.).

This decision was made in connection with the accumulation of more than 100 container trains with grain cargo in the direction of the PRC through Dostyk and the restriction by the Chinese side of the acceptance of containers due to repairs at the Alashankou station. Another reason for the ban is construction work on sections of the Moiynty-Dostyk tracks.

At the same time, the Chinese side is ready to accept grain cargoes in covered (in bags) and grain carriers.

KTZ clarifies that no fines will be charged for failure to comply with the September transportation plan related to this order.
