“Demetra-Holding” has acquired "Siam Consulting", a company specializing in information technology, reports the news agency Interfax with reference to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
The company was registered in August 1999 and was privately owned.
The company's revenue in 2023 amounted to 378.1 million rubles, which is higher than in 2022 when it was 357.7 million rubles. Net profit also increased from 38.5 million rubles in 2022 to 66.2 million rubles in 2023.
The acquisition of the company will allow “Demetra-Holding” to strengthen its skills in the field of information technology and actively develop new digital competencies, including improving business processes. In the holding, they note that digitization and improving business processes are becoming increasingly important in the development and expansion of their business.
“Demetra-Holding” owns export and logistics assets and is engaged in grain trading. The company includes the Novorossiysk Grain Terminal (100% ownership), the grain terminal complex “Taman” (50% ownership), Novorossiysk Bread Products Plant (“NKHP”, 35.36% ownership), and other assets.
