Russia will begin supplying grain to African countries within a month and a half. This was stated by the head of the Ministry of Agriculture Dmitry Patrushev.
“We are now completing all the documents. I think that within a month or a month and a half they will be leaving,” he said.
Earlier, President Vladimir Putin said that Russia would supply from 25 to 50 thousand tons of grain to a number of African countries free of charge.
We are talking about supplies to Burkina Faso, Zimbabwe, Mali, Somalia, the Central African Republic and Eritrea.
