France has almost completed the harvest of wheat and barley

According to monitoring by FranceAgriMer, as of August 14, soft wheat harvesting in France was completed on 96% of the planned areas (+7% per week).

The harvesting of spring barley is also coming to an end - 98% of the area from the plan has been threshed (+2% per week).

At the same time, a year earlier, as of the reporting date, the harvesting work had already been fully completed.

In addition, it is reported that as of August 14, 84% of corn crops in the country were in good and excellent condition compared to 85% a week earlier, which is still significantly better than the previous year's figure (50%).
