Brazil's Ministry of Industry, Trade and Services (MDIC) estimates that between September 1 and 10, the country exported 2 million tons of corn and 2.1 million tons of soybeans.
Let us recall that last week corn shipments were estimated at 4.2 million tons, and soybeans at 3.2 million tons.
According to analysts from the ANEC association, in total in September Brazil will supply 7.4 million tons of soybeans to foreign markets (3.6 million tons in the same month of the previous year), and 10.7 (9.7) million tons of corn.
Note that since the beginning of the current MY, Brazil has exported 18.9 million tons of corn (+12% compared to a year earlier), and soybeans – 82.8 million tons (+25%).
