The USA is also seeking support in the Romanian direction for the export of Ukrainian grain. It is unclear what final decisions will be made.

In the building of the regional administration, an agreement on cooperation with the branch of the Federal Center for Integrated Arctic Research of the Russian Federation "VNIRO" has been concluded.
