Registration as a Trader is only available for legal entities.

You will be able to place bids for the purchase or sale of any agricultural products. Additionally, you will have access to the 'Fork Work' section, where you can place your order by specifying the required services, deadlines, and budget, as well as respond to orders from other users and offer your own services.

The 'Marketplace' section contains information about published bids for buying or selling goods.

The system allows you to choose a convenient option for displaying the cards of published bids in the marketplace catalog. To view the basic information in the published bids, you can use the catalog cards or the bid map. The bid map is dynamic: you can zoom in and out, and also view another section of the map by clicking and dragging in the desired direction. Published bids on the map are displayed as pins. (Pin is a term used to denote a place on the map). Click on the pin, and the system will display the bid card with basic information. A color identifier helps to determine the type of bid. Yellow identifies purchase bids, and blue identifies sales bids.

The published bid card contains the basic information:

  • Bid type
  • Product name
  • Volume in tons
  • Price per ton without VAT
  • Delivery conditions (Incoterms)
  • Delivery location. To clarify the delivery address, click on the 'Show on map' link, which will open the map and show the exact delivery address.

The smart filters system in the marketplace allows you to select the bids you are interested in by various conditions and parameters and add them to the 'Favorites' section.

To view the other parameters of the published bid, click the 'More details' button. After clicking 'More details', the system will display all the main terms of the bid, as well as a functional panel.

With the functional panel, you can perform the following actions: If you are the user who posted the bid, the functional panel will offer the following options:

  • Print the bid information in PDF format by clicking the 'Print' button
  • Edit the bid by clicking the 'Edit' button to modify the main conditions of the published bid
  • Archive the bid, i.e., remove it from publication by clicking the 'Archive' button

If you are a user viewing the published bid and are interested in concluding a deal based on the bid’s subject matter (buying or selling a product), the functional panel will offer the following options:

  • Print the bid information in PDF format by clicking the 'Print' button
  • Add the bid to the 'Favorites' section by clicking the 'Add to Favorites' button
  • Conclude a deal by accepting the bid terms by clicking the 'Accept Terms' button
  • Negotiate the terms of the bid by starting a negotiation process by clicking the 'Negotiate Terms' button

The marketplace allows users to negotiate bids in a 'single window' mode. Negotiations and coordination of individual bid terms are possible with an unlimited number of users who respond to the bid. To initiate a negotiation process, the user viewing the published bid and expressing interest in concluding a deal presses the 'Negotiate Terms' button located in the functional panel.

After clicking the 'Negotiate Terms' button, the system automatically records the response to the bid and sends a welcome message in the chat, a system notification, and an email notification to the user who posted the bid.

Users can then discuss the bid terms using the internal instant messaging system. Upon reaching mutually beneficial terms, the user who posted the bid can adjust all the main substantial terms of the previously posted bid on the marketplace. The bid can be adjusted individually for each user who responded.

Bid terms available for adjustment include:

  • Volume in tons
  • Tolerance
  • Price per ton without VAT
  • Contract currency
  • Payment currency
  • Payment terms
  • Delivery terms
  • Delivery location
  • Type of transport
  • Type of packaging
  • Delivery time

The adjusted bid terms will be displayed in the messaging system, while the original bid terms posted on the marketplace remain unchanged until a deal is concluded with one of the users.

During the negotiations, users agree on mutually beneficial terms, and one of the parties fully and finally accepts all the terms by pressing the 'Accept Terms' button. The deal is recorded in the system, and the digital platform sends notifications to the users about the concluded deal. The bid with the original terms automatically becomes unavailable to other users and will be removed from the marketplace catalog.

After the deal is recorded in the system, all contact details of the deal participants, main information, company details, and other information allowing the partner to be identified and prepare documents for the contract will become available to the users.

Please note that all users undergo accreditation on the digital platform during registration, ensuring partners’ confidence in the reliability of their counterparties.
