Report on the analysis of data on prices for soft wheat grade 5 for the period from August 1, 2023, to August 31, 2023. During the analysis, data from various companies presented in JSON format were considered. The overall dynamics of prices for soft wheat grade 5 during the specified period were as follows: - The minimum price was 6,616.44 rubles per ton and was offered by "Chuvashkhleboprodukt" JSC. - The maximum price reached 14,400 rubles per ton and was set by "KSK" JSC (RIF). The average price for soft wheat grade 5 during the specified period was 10,520.99 rubles per ton. The lowest prices for wheat were offered by the following companies: "Chuvashkhleboprodukt" JSC, "Glubokinsky branch of Aston JSC" (Aston), and "Nikolaevskoe khlebopriemnoe" OJSC (Aston). The average prices for wheat were maintained by the following companies: "Azovsky portovy elevator" (Aston), "TD RIF" LLC (RIF), and "Bio Ferma" LLC (Aston). Based on the analysis data, it can be concluded that the prices for soft wheat grade 5 during this period varied and differed depending on the producing companies.

Monitoring reflects the dynamics of purchase prices of processing and grain trading organizations. The schedule is based on the prices of RUB/t without VAT. The data is updated weekly and is the basis for calculating the commodity index (Producer Price Index, PPI). The index is an indicator of the current average price level and is calculated as the weighted average price of the regions.
