During the analysis of prices for soft wheat 5th grade in March 2024, the following was revealed: 1. The average price per ton of wheat varies from 6,364₽ to 11,800₽. 2. The highest price is from the company "PAO NKHP (Gefest Agro)" - 11,800₽. 3. The lowest price is from the company "Chuvashlebprodukt AO" - 6,364₽. 4. Most companies offer wheat at a price ranging from 8,700₽ to 9,900₽ per ton. 5. There is a significant variety in prices from different companies, which may offer potential space for negotiations to conclude favorable contracts. Such price differences may indicate competitive struggle in the market. It is important to consider both the quality of the product and the delivery conditions when making decisions on purchasing wheat.

Monitoring reflects the dynamics of purchase prices of processing and grain trading organizations. The schedule is based on the prices of RUB/t without VAT. The data is updated weekly and is the basis for calculating the commodity index (Producer Price Index, PPI). The index is an indicator of the current average price level and is calculated as the weighted average price of the regions.
