By now, the seeds of this crop have been sown in the soil on 398 thousand hectares, for example, 91 percent of the planned areas (compared to 85 percent a year ago), according to information provided by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food.

The work has been completed in the Minsk and Mogilev regions. In the Brest region, 97 percent of the planned areas have been sown, in the Gomel region - 84 percent, in the Vitebsk region - 82 percent, in the Grodno region - 81 percent.
