Summer time is still present in the European parts of Russia, while autumn has already set in in the Asian regions of the country. According to the scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, Roman Vilfand, summer continues in the European territory, while signs of autumn are already appearing in the Asian part of the country.
In the coming days, stably warm weather is expected in the northwestern regions of European Russia. For example, in the Arkhangelsk region, the temperature is expected to be 7-8 degrees above normal, in the Murmansk region - 6-9 degrees above normal, and in Karelia - 5-9 degrees above normal.
In St. Petersburg, the temperature will be 7 degrees above normal, in the Kaliningrad region - 6-8 degrees above normal.
In the south of European Russia, the weather is gradually becoming comfortable. In the Krasnodar region and in the Rostov region, the temperature will be +27…+31 degrees, and then will drop to +25…+30 degrees.
In the regions of the Asian part of the country, the temperature regime is within normal limits. For example, in the Omsk region, the temperature at night will be +6…+11 degrees, and during the day - +11…+16, in the Novosibirsk region - +5…+10 at night and +12…+17 during the day.
In Khakassia, where there was recently hot weather, the daytime temperature is already +15…+20 degrees.
In some regions of the country, frost is expected. For example, in Tuva, night temperatures can drop to -2 degrees, and in the Irkutsk region to -3. In the Perm region of the Urals, the temperature will drop to -2 degrees, in Bashkortostan - to -1, and in the Orenburg region - to zero.
In the Volga Federal District, low temperatures are also expected, around +20 degrees, specifically +16…+21 degrees.
