Seed exports from Bashkortostan to the EU and EAEU have increased by one-third: 100 phytosanitary certificates have been issued.
The Agricultural Production Cooperative of the Republic of Bashkortostan exported 2.08 thousand tons of grain and fodder crops to the countries of the EU and the EAEU in 2024. The volume of seeds for export nearly tripled. Rosselkhoznadzor issued 100 phytosanitary certificates. All products passed inspections and met the requirements.

Since the beginning of 2024, the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Bashkortostan has exported 2.08 thousand tons of grains, legumes, and feed crops to the countries of the European Union and the Customs Union.
The Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance of the Republic of Bashkortostan conducted supervision over 102 batches of seeds of flax, oats, wheat, sainfoin, barley, and safflower intended for export to the Republic of Belarus, Germany, Kazakhstan, the Netherlands, Kyrgyzstan, and other countries near and far abroad from January 9 to April 15.
The volumes of export of seed material almost tripled compared to the same period last year. Last year, 755.9 tons of seeds were exported, and the state supervisory authority issued 36 phytosanitary export certificates.
All export batches of seeds have passed necessary tests at the Bashkir Testing Laboratory of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "VNIIZZH." Phytosanitary examinations have shown that no quarantine organisms were found in the samples tested. All shipped products comply with the phytosanitary quarantine requirements of the importing countries. The pre-quarantine products were delivered by road transport.
100 phytosanitary certificates were issued for the entire shipment of seed material.
