Declared Capital

the capital of the company specified in the constituent documents at the time of its creation or in the issue prospectus. Amount O.K. consists of: a) the nominal values of all shares of the company issued into circulation that have a nominal value; b) the proceeds received from the sale of all shares that have no par value, except for that part of it that, by law, can be attributed to the account of capital paid in excess of par value; c) other funds that have been charged to the authorized capital account after the distribution of shares or in other cases, minus all deductions from these amounts that have been made in accordance with the law.
