Securities Account Section Operator

1) a legal or natural person that is not a depositor on this depo account, but has the right to give instructions for the execution of operations on one or more sections of the depo account on the basis of an authorization received from the depositor, or on the basis of the law. For one section of the depo account, only one partition statement; 2) a legal entity entitled, on the basis of the powers received from the depositor, to issue instructions for the execution by the depository of operations on the relevant section of the depositor's depo account. With respect to the "blocked by seizure" and "blocked by settlements" sections of the depositor's depo accounts, an operator cannot be appointed, since orders to perform depository operations in these sections are issued exclusively by NDC. Operator tzh. cannot be assigned in relation to the "blocked for trading - MICEX Stock Market Section" sections of the depositor's depo accounts.
