Produced in accordance with federal laws and other regulatory legal acts and cannot be made dependent on the conclusion of an agreement with the registrar. The depository and the registrar are entitled to conclude an agreement with the inclusion of conditions that do not contradict federal laws and other regulatory legal acts and establish additional guarantees for ensuring the rights of securities holders, including the condition for regular reconciliation of data on securities.
