Cereal crops

Cereal crops are the main group of food crops that provide grain - the main food of humans and many farm animals, raw materials for the food industry. Cereal crops are divided into cereal crops: wheat, rice, rye, corn, barley, oats, millet, sorghum, buckwheat, chumiza and others; and legumes: peas, beans, soybeans, lentils, beans, etc. Cereal crops occupy about half of the world's cultivated area and are grown almost everywhere where people live. In the temperate zone, the same crops can be spring and winter crops.
