When converting shares, a number of conditions must be met: 1) the charter of a joint-stock company must contain a provision on the possibility of issuing shares of various categories and their conversion; 2) K.a. can only take place with the consent of the owner of the security. Regulations on K.a. should be contained in the charter of the company, in the absence of such a provision in the charter, the administration of the company is not entitled to raise the issue of K.a. The conversion decision is made by the general meeting of shareholders with the written consent of each shareholder for the conversion.
