EMISSION (lat. emissio - release) -1) issuance of banknotes in all forms, shares, certificates, bonds and other government securities; leads to an increase in the money supply in circulation. The main forms of E.: the issuance of credit money - banknotes; deposit check E.; E. securities. In the Russian Federation, the exchange of money is carried out exclusively by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation; 2) any type of securities of the company or the process of issuing such securities into circulation.
