Political risks

Risks associated with violation of the rights or discrimination of foreign creditors as a result of decisions or actions of the government of the country of the foreign buyer, including:
- military action, coup d'état or social unrest;
- a ban on currency conversion;
- the introduction of a moratorium on the payment of debts;
- impeding the implementation of the export contract;
- unilateral revision of the amount of debt;
- non-fulfillment of obligations by a sovereign debtor.
