Order

The offer of the buyer to the seller (manufacturer) to deliver (manufacture) a certain product or service, indicating the delivery time, quantity, quality, form and amount of payment. An accepted order, as a rule, is formalized by a document, a copy of which (acceptance) is sent to the customer.
