Agent agreement

An agreement between the person hiring the agent (principal) and the agent himself, according to which the agent is entrusted on certain conditions with the performance on behalf and in the interests of the employer of a certain type of services, actions, obligations, for which the agent receives the necessary powers. The contract is usually concluded in writing and contains a description of the agent’s powers, the scope, nature and procedure for fulfilling the assignment, the procedure and terms for reporting the agent to the principal, the rights to transfer the agent’s obligations to third parties, the limits in which the principal can conduct his operations without the help of an agent on the specified territory, the conditions and amount of remuneration, the rights and obligations of the parties, the validity period, sanctions against the party that violated the terms of the A.S., the procedure for settling disputes related to its implementation.
