Public Joint Stock Company "Rusagro Group" has been included in the list of economically significant organizations (ESO) in Russia according to the decree signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin. This status allows domestic owners to obtain shares and stakes of companies through court, excluding foreign holding companies (FHC) or transfer these rights to other individuals. The law also provides the opportunity to temporarily suspend the corporate rights of FHCs, such as the right to vote at meetings, receive dividends, and dispose of shares.
