Russia's grain exports are projected to reach 81 million tonnes by 2030, according to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.

The Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation predicts grain exports to reach 81 million tons by 2030. The production of grain crops is expected to increase to 170 million tons, while the export of oilseeds is projected to decrease to 2.5 million tons. Russia's agricultural exports are set to reach $55 billion by 2030.

Russian Ministry of Agriculture predicts that grain exports will reach 81 million tonnes by 2030, said Russian Minister of Agriculture Oksana Lut at the All-Russian Field Day.

“Our preliminary expectations for exports are 81 million tonnes, which we plan to achieve by 2030,” Lut noted.

From the presentation presented during the speech, it can be seen that the production of grain and leguminous crops should increase to 170 million tonnes by 2030.

It was also indicated that the export of oilseeds will decrease from 5 million tonnes in 2023 to 2.5 million tonnes by 2030. At the same time, the export of vegetable oils will increase from 7 million tonnes to 9 million tonnes.

In total, by 2030, agricultural exports should reach $55 billion. In 2023, Russia's agricultural exports amounted to $43.5 billion.
