203 invalid statements due to grain safety violations: pests and unverified pesticides were detected.

Nine statements were suspended due to the detection of pathogens, while 203 statements were deemed invalid.

The reasons for declaring the statements invalid include: lack of testing laboratories at the addresses of activity implementation; residue analysis of pesticides used in grain production; a complete list of studies in accordance with the technical regulations of TR TS 015/2011 "On the Safety of Grain"; grain disinfection work. In addition, methods not included in the lists of standards provided by the Technical Regulation were used to determine safety indicators.

For example, on August 6, 2024, while monitoring safety, employees of the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration in the Orenburg region discovered a false statement regarding a batch of soft wheat weighing over 1 thousand tons, produced in 2023 by the farm of Shamkaev V.G. in the Orenburg region.

According to the analysis of the FGIS "Saturn", Shamkaev V.G. used pesticides when growing soft wheat in 2023. However, tests for the presence of residual amounts of active substances were not conducted.

In accordance with the decision of the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration in the Orenburg region, this statement was declared invalid, and a warning about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements was issued.
