President of the Russian Federation has announced the consideration of the Turkish leader's initiative to provide free flour made from Russian grain to countries in need. Putin noted the expansion of cooperation with Turkey in agriculture and the review of this idea.

Company "Demetra-Holding" plans to complete the "Auto1500" project in 2025, increasing the grain transshipment by 1.5 million tons.

"Novorossiysk Grain Terminal" is going to increase the total volume of transshipment to 11 million tons of cargo in 2026, by building additional berths and capacities.

In 2024, the company transshipped 7.2 million tons of agricultural goods.

The IMF has warned of a potential 10-15% increase in grain prices due to the completion of the Black Sea deal, through which 33 million tons of grain were exported from Ukraine. The termination of the deal could lead to a rise in food prices due to increased demand.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Economic Development support the indexing of domestic prices for fertilizers, although the Ministry of Agriculture is against it. They propose to increase prices in line with inflation. Manufacturers asked for a price increase of 10-15%, but the decision will be made by summer.

Russian grain exchanges sold 4 wheat contracts totaling 1008 tons on March 26, 2025. The average price was 18352 rubles per ton. At commodity auctions, the volume of deals ranged from 90 to 525 tons at prices ranging from 17600 to 18650 rubles per ton.

South Korea has increased wheat purchases from Russia to 52.1 thousand tons, doubling deliveries in one month and 38 times in a year. Russian exports doubled, reaching 13.1 million dollars. Russia took the third place among wheat suppliers to Korea.

Corn sales increased to 77.4 thousand tons per month.

Imports of goods from Russia to China are increasing, except for wheat. The supply of electricity and aluminum has seen significant rises, but wheat imports are not growing. Russia has only supplied 0.5% of wheat to China's total volume. Import difficulties include strict phytosanitary requirements and logistics problems.

The reserves of corn in agricultural organizations decreased by 10.35% compared to last year, amounting to 2.64 million tons as of February 1, 2025.

As of the beginning of January 2025, the quantity of reserves was 2.99 million tons.
